2. Order Acceptance Policy

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Mr.Flower Sdn Bhd. We reserve the right to reject any order without providing reasons. In case of rejection, payments will be refunded in full via the original payment method.

3. Alcohol Purchases

  • Customers and recipients must be 21 years old and above and non-Muslim to purchase or receive alcohol-related products.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery.
  • Subscription Deliveries: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries are made every Thursday. If a public holiday falls on Thursday, deliveries will be made on the next working day.
  • Delivery Areas: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, and Johor Bahru. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • Timed Deliveries: Specific timed deliveries are not available.
  • Late Deliveries: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues).
  • Address Changes: Delivery address changes must be requested by 10 AM one day before the delivery date via WhatsApp +6016-349 2236 .

5. Changes to Orders

  • Changes to orders (e.g., delivery address, card messages) must be requested by 10 AM one day before the delivery date. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • On-Demand Orders: Cancellations must be made by 10 AM one day before the delivery date. Refunds will be issued as store credit (valid for 1 year).
  • Subscriptions: Pause or cancel by 9 AM one day before the delivery date. If the card has already been billed, a full refund will be issued.
  • Same-Day Orders: Cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

7. Subscription Policy

  • Subscription prices are fixed at the time of setup. We reserve the right to increase prices due to supplier costs, with prior notice to subscribers.
  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription free of charge if they do not agree to price changes.

8. Payments

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and iPay88.
  • For subscriptions, your card will be billed upfront for the entire subscription cost.
  • We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details.

9. Self-Collect Policy

  • Self-collection is available from 10 AM-5 PM on your selected date.
  • You or your representative must present the order confirmation email for collection.
  • If self-collection is not done by 5 PM, the order will be disposed of for hygiene purposes.

10. Freshness, Damage, and Non-Delivery

  • Freshness: Flowers may arrive in bud form for longer-lasting freshness. If flowers are not fresh, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement.
  • Damage: If flowers are damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement.
  • Non-Delivery: If flowers are not delivered within 3 days of the intended delivery date, contact us for a replacement.

11. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted. Replacements are offered for issues related to freshness, damage, or non-delivery.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-7 working days.

12. Product Substitution

  • If specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar or higher-value items without prior notice.

13. Offers and Promotions

  • Discounts and credits cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users and are limited to one per person.
  • Promotion codes are valid for one use per order unless stated otherwise.

14. WhatsApp Policy

  • By subscribing to our WhatsApp marketing, you agree to receive recurring text notifications, offers, and transactional messages.
  • To unsubscribe, reply with STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

15. Abuse and Fraud

  • We reserve the right to hold orders suspected of abuse or fraud for further investigation.

  • Adverse Weather: We are not liable for delays caused by heavy rain, floods, or other adverse weather conditions.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
