Our Story
Born from a love of flowers and a passion for design, Mr Flower was founded to bring artisanal floral arrangements to every doorstep in Klang Valley. Each bouquet is handcrafted by our expert florists using the freshest seasonal blooms.
We work out of Pelabuhan Klang, and nothing is made in advance. Stems are cut, conditioned and graded on the morning an order travels, which is why an arrangement leaving us on a Tuesday still looks like itself by Friday. If a bloom is not up to standard it does not go in the bouquet — we substitute one of equal or better value rather than send it out and hope.
A birthday, an apology, a condolence, a new office — the brief changes completely and so does the arrangement. Tell us the occasion and we will match the flowers to it, and if you are not sure what suits, call and ask. There is a florist on the other end, not a form.

Where we deliver
We deliver across most of the Klang Valley. We are a Klang florist, based in Pelabuhan Klang, so Klang and the towns around it get the tightest delivery windows — the shorter the trip between the bench where an arrangement is finished and the door it arrives at, the better it looks when it gets there.
Order before 3:00 PM for same-day delivery. The areas below are the ones we are asked for most, not the full list — if you do not see yours, message us before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether we can reach it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest — just leave a contact number and delivery address, and you will get the same order confirmation and delivery updates by email as a registered customer. An account only saves your addresses and order history for next time.
How do I place an order?
Choose an arrangement, pick the delivery date and time window at checkout, and add the recipient's details. We confirm the order, build the arrangement on the delivery day, and our rider calls the recipient on arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, FPX online banking, DuitNow, and direct bank transfer. Card and FPX payments confirm your order immediately; a bank transfer is confirmed once we can see the payment, so send the slip if your delivery date is tight.
Can I order now for a later date?
Yes — pick any future date at checkout and the arrangement is made that morning, not in advance. This is the safer way to order for a fixed occasion, because peak weeks such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Chinese New Year book out days ahead.
How do I check where my order is?
Use Track Order with the order number from your confirmation email. If the delivery window changes for any reason, we contact you rather than leaving you to find out afterwards.
