Can I include a message with Everlasting Remembrance?
Yes. There is a gift message field at checkout — type what you want said and it travels with the flowers. Leave it blank and the arrangement goes out without one.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, up to 10:00 AM the day before the delivery date — that deadline covers both changes (a new address, a different card message) and cancellations. A cancelled order is refunded as store credit valid for a year. Same-day orders are usually already with the florist, so they cannot be cancelled.
Can I collect the order myself instead?
Yes. Choose self-collect at checkout and pick it up between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the date you selected, bringing the order confirmation email. Anything still uncollected at 6:00 PM is disposed of for hygiene reasons, so tell us if you are running late.
Can I return the flowers or get a refund?
Flowers are perishable, so we do not accept returns. What we do instead is replace the arrangement when there is a problem with freshness, damage or a delivery that never arrived — send us photos within 24 hours. Where a refund does apply it is processed within three to seven working days.
